Proven experience and track record of successfully developing and managing projects related to clinical application
implementation and conversion projects within deadline and budget.
Minimum of 10 years experience in IT Project Management role including significant experience in implementation of large
size projects within the enterprise. Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects.
Extensive experience with core PM tools including Microsoft Project 2007 Professional, Microsoft SharePoint 2003,
Microsoft Office 2003/2007 Professional (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, Access, etc.), and others.
Establishes and maintain constructive working relationships with project team, business partners and executive leadership.
Provides advanced expertise and knowledge in project management.
Works with the Project Management Office to implement innovative processes or changes that improves the successful
delivery and completion of projects.
Provides specialized expertise to the organization through project, account, and people management.
Leads and participates in functional and cross-functional teams to meet objectives and improve project delivery.
Ability to recognize and escalate situations as deemed necessary.
Ability to address and resolve all issues utilizing the available resources in a timely and proficient manner.
Must have working knowledge of HIPAA and PHI rules and regulations.
Extended working hours may be required as needed.
Ability to travel as required by project up to 40% nationwide
Knowledge of IT applications and resource teams.
Experience supervising and/or managing resources.
PMI certified preferred.
BA/BS majoring in Computer Science, Information Science, Business Management, or similar field
Clinical Healthcare related experience required. Must have working knowledge of clinical workflows.
Employee may perform other related duties as designated to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.

Proven success and experience project managing large enterprise wide clinical application implementation projects including all phases of project management. Occupational Health experience would be a plus.
Demonstrated experience in development, maintenance, and completion of standard project management documents including but not limited to project charters, scope documents, status reporting, project budgets including burn rate, project planning, issue tracking, risk mitigation planning, time tracking, change management, and communication planning.
Effectively leads and facilitates all project related meetings and communications with IT Team Members, Business Partners, and Executive Leadership to ensure projects are on target to meet their deadlines.
Ability to establish and maintain constructive working relationships with all parties related to the projects assigned.
Proven ability to build cohesive teams with diverse resources.
Successful in keeping all parties related to the project informed of progress and/or status addressing underlying needs that affect project delivery.
Proactively identifies and researches opportunities, issues and requests and communicates with the team. Has foresight into potential risks and has the ability to execute plan(s) to avoid risks before they occur.
Ability to strategically and tactfully determine resolutions to issues as they arise without direction. Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion. Manages risks and mitigations accordingly.
Effectively communicates relevant project information to superiors.
Creates and executes timely project work plans with proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects.
