Duties:
Working from Nashville, scope, plan, schedule and deploy a national IT upgrade.
1.  Establish a detailed, repeatable task list for a series of rapid deployments
2.  Establish accountability for all work using a Responsibility Assignment Matrix
3.  Validate work, time, and cost estimates with the people doing the work
4.  Establish and maintain a master schedule that governs multiple deployments across the same timeline
5.  Maintain project status through regular status reporting in all directions
6.  Validate that work is complete, accepted, and properly transitioned for each deployment
7.  Maintain a project archive to customer specifications

Qualifications:
•  Highly experienced with a track record of success in IT software/application upgrades
•  Health care experience preferred
•  Sharepoint experience preferred
•  MS Project Server
•  PMP Preferred
•  Excellent in creating fundamental project management documents (Scope Statement, WBS, Activity List, Network Precedence Diagram, RAM, Cause-Effect, Master Schedule, Risk Register, Communication Plan)
