Qualifications:
  • At least 5+ years experience as a project coordinator, project manager or an implementation manager.
  • 4-year degree required.
  • PMP preferred.
  • Able to communicate to both technical and business leaders.
  • Solid oral and written presentation ability.
  • Proactive planning and excellent organizational skills.
  • Must have demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks by evaluating client needs.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Comfortable handling concurrent projects.
  • Radiology workflow experience preferred, i.e. technologist or handled implementations for radiology technology vendors.
Job Description:
  • Define, monitor, execute and control implementations utilizing proven project management concepts
  • Collect user and radiology information to enable set up of workflow engine
  • Coordinate set up of HL7 interface to HIS or RIS systems
  • Work with PACs administrator to integrate PACS with customer imaging facilities
  • Coordinate set-up of VPN tunnels to imaging facilities
  • Manage deliverables for Radiologist Credentialing process
  • Work with Premerus customer imaging facilities to facilitate implementations
  • Track and monitor action items
  • Capture and hand-off data captured from facility implementation process  to operations team
  • Identify users and set up training schedules with customer facilities
  • Work closely with client/project stakeholders – provide regular communication and status reporting; facilitate project communications at all levels.
  • Responsible for the timely completion of all project management deliverables
