PMI Nashville is led by volunteers that come together to present networking, educational and professional development events for the Nashville area. Committees are in constant need of support which requires the completion of work activities that can involve anywhere from a few hours a month to up to 20+ hours a month. If you are interested in becoming a volunteer for the organization, please consider one of the following committees with primary areas of responsibility and typical role requirements as listed below.
Volunteer work in any given year can be counted towards PDUs, and can be determined based on the guidelines as defined by PMI.org in their Continuing Certification Requirements. Volunteers are required on an as-needed basis depending on the program or committee involved. Contact by the respective coordinator will be made when the work needs to be completed (e.g. an upcoming event requires volunteers for coordination). If you have questions, please feel free to contact at volunteer@pminashville.com.
